Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing the full sales process from initial enquiry to completion
  • Conducting property viewings and providing expert advice to buyers
  • Negotiating offers to achieve the best outcomes for clients
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
  • Carrying out market appraisals and winning new instructions
  • Identifying and converting new business opportunities
  • Keeping up to date with local market trends and developments
  • Working collaboratively across multiple branches
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator within estate agency
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Confident in winning instructions and generating new business
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach
  • Full UK driving licence and own car
Package and Benefits:
  • Β£25,000 – Β£30,000 basic salary (OTE Β£40,000 – Β£45,000)
  • Monday to Friday 8:45am – 6pm
  • Alternate Saturdays 9am – 4pm (day off in lieu)
  • Ongoing training and career development
