This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Sales Negotiator to join a busy and successful branch. You will be at the forefront of the sales process, managing enquiries, conducting viewings, and building strong relationships with buyers and vendors. With excellent earning potential and mileage allowance included, this role offers both financial reward and long-term progression within a trusted brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing incoming sales enquiries via phone, email, online and in person
  • Liaising with buyers and vendors on a daily basis
  • Booking and attending property viewings
  • Upselling additional services including mortgages, legal services and valuations
  • Coordinating with third parties such as surveyors, photographers and EPC providers
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients throughout the sales journey
  • Keeping the CRM/database fully up to date
  • Ensuring compliance with AML, GDPR and Consumer Protection Regulations
  • Developing strong local market knowledge
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience within estate agency or a customer-facing sales role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven and commercially aware
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of property legislation (preferred but not essential)
Package and Benefits:
  • £23,000 – £24,000 basic salary (OTE £32,000+)
  • Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm
  • Alternate Saturdays 9am – 4pm (day off in lieu)
  • 45p per mile mileage allowance
  • Company pension
