Clearview Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well-established and rapidly expanding property developer with a strong in-house lettings and property management function. Our client is one of the busiest developers in the South West, managing a substantial residential portfolio from their Bath office (BA1). This is an independent, growth-focused business that continues to invest heavily in its people and systems as part of its ongoing expansion.

Due to continued growth within their in-house lettings and management team, our client is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their Bath office. This is a hands-on role managing a large, established portfolio of over 150 beds across central Bath. The successful candidate will be the main point of contact for tenants and landlords, overseeing maintenance, inspections and day-to-day portfolio management. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Property Manager who enjoys a busy environment and wants to take the next step with a growing developer — with no weekend working and an excellent benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a residential portfolio of approximately 150 properties/beds
  • Acting as the first point of contact for tenants and landlords
  • Coordinating and liaising with maintenance contractors
  • Handling incoming maintenance issues and seeing repairs through to completion
  • Managing the deposit return process
  • Conducting check-outs and end-of-tenancy procedures
  • Ensuring a high standard of service across the portfolio
  • Maintaining accurate records and compliance documentation
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a Property Management role (student property experience highly advantageous)
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced office environment
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive and confident when dealing with tenants, landlords and contractors
  • Full UK driving licence and own car (business mileage paid)
Package and Benefits:
  • Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum (depending on experience)
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Business mileage paid
