Based in Prestwich, the firm are continuing to grow and are looking to add an experienced conveyancing professional to its Property Team as part of its ongoing expansion.
Role Overview
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer to take ownership of their own residential conveyancing caseload and work with a supportive team that genuinely invests in its people. You’ll manage matters from instruction through to completion across a varied residential property caseload, working closely with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties. The successful candidate will be confident managing a caseload with minimal supervision, delivering excellent client care and maintaining high professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to completion
- Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Manage re-mortgages and transfer of equity matters
- Deal with new-build and off-plan properties
- Manage auction transactions
- Provide a high level of client care throughout each transaction
- Communicate confidently and professionally with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties
- Progress transactions efficiently and proactively
- Ensure all files are managed accurately and in line with professional and regulatory standards
- Maintain strong attention to detail across all aspects of the conveyancing process
- Use modern case management systems to manage and progress files
- Work effectively within a fast-paced Property Team
- Manage a substantial caseload with minimal supervision
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience within residential conveyancing
- Proven experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload
- Confident handling a varied caseload from instruction through to completion
- Experience across both freehold and leasehold transactions
- Experience with re-mortgages and transfers of equity
- Knowledge of new-build, off-plan and auction transactions
- Ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong client care and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proactive approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and confident communication style
- Ability to build effective working relationships with clients and third parties
Package and Benefits:
- £40,000–£60,000 salary, depending on experience
- Working hours: 9:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour lunch
