Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Leasehold Property Manager looking to join a forward-thinking business where you'll have genuine autonomy and flexibility. Predominantly home-based, you'll manage a portfolio of residential developments across the Bristol and Bath region, building strong relationships with clients while ensuring the highest standards of compliance, communication, and service delivery.
This role would suit an organised and proactive individual with strong leasehold management experience, including Higher Risk Buildings (HRBs), who enjoys taking ownership of their portfolio while contributing to the continued growth and success of the business.
Key Duties
- Manage a portfolio of residential leasehold developments across Bristol and Bath
- Carry out regular site inspections across your portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Residents' Management Companies (RMCs), Right to Manage Companies (RTMs), clients, and leaseholders
- Manage service charge budgets and ensure financial performance across developments
- Ensure compliance with current leasehold legislation and the Building Safety Act
- Oversee contractors and major works projects from instruction through to completion
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve queries efficiently
- Work closely with the Directors to support the continued growth and improvement of the business
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all portfolio documentation remains compliant
Key Skills
- Previous experience managing a residential leasehold property portfolio
- Strong understanding of Higher Risk Buildings (HRBs) and the Building Safety Act
- Professional qualification such as MIRPM, AssocRICS, or currently working towards one
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with strong project management abilities
- Ability to prioritise a busy workload and work independently
- A proactive, professional, and customer-focused approach
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle
Package
- £40,000 - £60,000 OTE (depending on experience)
- Performance-related bonus
