About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Fire Damper & Remedial Engineer to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in fire damper testing, installation, and remedial works to work across commercial, healthcare, and critical environments, including NHS facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out fire damper inspections, testing, and reporting.
- Install fire dampers in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
- Complete remedial works identified during inspections and surveys.
- Cut and fit access doors to facilitate inspection, testing, and maintenance.
- Undertake repairs, replacements, and adjustments to fire dampers and associated systems.
- Complete accurate inspection reports, remedial documentation, and certification.
- Ensure all work complies with current fire safety legislation, industry standards, and health & safety requirements.
