What You’ll Do:
- Proactively support multiple workstreams and project teams to execute complex digital finance consulting projects.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of BlackLine or similar digital finance technologies, including various modules and implementation processes.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and effectively manage multiple and competing priorities.
- Execute work products with meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality deliverables and meet established deadlines.
- Communicate complex business concepts clearly and effectively to executive audiences, adhering to best practices in business writing.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams, contributing to project management activities such as workplan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, change management, and communications.
- Embrace evolving responsibilities, willingly undertaking additional duties and demonstrating flexibility and a growth mindset.
- Operate in alignment with Clearsulting’s global Expectations by Rank (EBR) framework, demonstrating growth across the five performance dimensions: Functional Knowledge, Business Acumen, Technical Skills, Core Competencies, and Leadership & Relationships.
What You’ll Bring:
- A Bachelor's Degree (completed or expected).
- Finance consulting and/or implementation experience with BlackLine or similar technologies is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Actively develops understanding of finance processes and how digital tools create business value.
- Manages time, deliverables, and internal tasks accurately in line with Clearsulting standards.
- Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
