Associate Manager, Kyriba in London

What You’ll Do:

• Apply strong functional and/or technical expertise in Kyriba or similar digital finance technologies, supporting both implementation and strategic enablement across modules.
• Act as the link between project delivery teams and leadership, balancing delivery performance with commercial outcomes.
• Translate complex finance and technology concepts into clear, actionable insights for client stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver executive-level presentations to communicate recommendations spanning processes, systems, and personnel.
• Manage multiple project workstreams with responsibility for workplan creation, milestone tracking, risk management, and change management activities.
• Maintain exceptional quality in deliverables with strong attention to detail and accountability for results.
• Actively contribute to internal initiatives and practice development, supporting Clearsulting’s continued growth and culture.
• Understand project budgets and delivery economics, ensuring financial and operational objectives are met.
• Embrace evolving responsibilities, willingly undertaking additional duties and demonstrating flexibility and a growth mindset.
• Operate in alignment with Clearsulting’s global Expectations by Rank (EBR) framework, demonstrating growth across the five performance dimensions: Functional Knowledge, Business Acumen, Technical Skills, Core Competencies, and Leadership & Relationships.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field of study.
• 4–6 years of experience in finance consulting and/or digital finance technology implementation (Kyriba or similar).
• Demonstrated understanding of finance transformation, project methodologies, and system implementation best practices.
• Proven ability to manage projects or workstreams, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and concisely to executive audiences.
• Experience contributing to practice growth efforts such as business development support, proposal input, or client relationship building.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience leading small teams or mentoring junior consultants.
• Familiarity with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles and leading practices.
• Ability to balance strategic advisory and hands‑on implementation responsibilities.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted client relationships.
• Willingness and ability to travel for client engagements as needed.
