Clearstead is a growing pressure washing and window cleaning company based in Waltham. We’re looking for a motivated, independent Door-to-Door Sales Rep to help grow our residential client base across suburban Boston. This is a flexible opportunity with hands-on training and strong earning potential.

What You\’ll Do:

• Visit neighborhoods by car, bike, walking, or public transit

• Knock on doors and offer our services to homeowners

• Pitch Clearstead’s pressure washing and window cleaning offerings

• Log basic lead info and book jobs

• Follow a proven pitch and pricing system (we’ll train you)

• Represent the company with professionalism and energy

What We’re Looking For:

• Around 1 year of sales, canvassing, or people-facing experience

• A reliable method of transportation (car, scooter, bike, or public transit)

• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking to new people

• Self-motivated and able to work solo

• Willing to complete ride-along training and learn our system

Compensation:

• 20% commission on all closed sales

• 25% commission on any day you close over $1,000 in sales

• Commission is paid after service is completed and customer has paid

• No base pay or hourly rate—your effort drives your income
