  • Salary: £26,189.00 per annum, plus either a company vehicle or £4,000 vehicle allowance per annum.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all accommodation is clean and fit for purpose.
  • Remove rubbish to a suitable place and arrange collection.
  • Carry-out minor defect rectification as directed.
  • Ensure company procedures are adhered to and all cleaning and defect records are completed and up-to-date.
  • Complete other duties as deemed reasonable by the Head of Property Services.

  • Work closely with your line manager and team members.
  • Collaborate with others, attending meetings as required.
  • Support team members and provide on-the-job training.
  • Provide cover for other staff as agreed by line manager.

  • Keep up-to-date with all written and verbal communications (i.e. emails/messages/calls).
  • Ensure all records are maintained and kept up-to-date according to company policies and procedures.

  • Monitor own work levels, progress and development in the role.
  • Undertake all core learning and development programmes as required.
  • Undertake relevant learning according to agreed Personal Development Plan.
  • Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role and in accordance with the agreed Personal Development Plan.
  • Make recommendations in regard to operational issues and enhancements.
