Reporting to the Operations Service Delivery Manager, the Cleaning Assistant will be accountable for ensuring all room cleaning and maintaining hygienic and complaint facilities.
Main duties
- To ensure the cleaning of all communal areas, offices, toilets and external areas on a regular basis and in accordance with the company standard.
- To ensure all accommodation is clean and maintained at the time of occupancy.
- To ensure all laundry is completed to an agreed standard and to meet business requirements.
- To ensure company procedures are adhered to and all cleaning records are completed and up to date.
- Support delivery of revenue targets through provision of smooth operational services.
- Reporting to the Operations Service Delivery Manager to ensure all operational/catering/cleaning supplies/equipment/inventory items are replaced/repaired/maintained/purchased to meet business requirements.
- Other duties as deemed reasonable by the Operations Service Delivery Manager.

- Liaise regularly with line manager and team members.
- Attending team and other staff meetings.
- Provide cover for other staff as agreed by line manager.
- Training and Development
- Attend monthly performance review meeting with the Operations Service Delivery Manager.
- Pursuing personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role and in accordance to agreed Personal Development Plan.
- Monitor own work levels, progress and development
- Make recommendations in regard to operational issues and enhancements.
- Undertake all core training and development programmes as required.

- Work closely with your line manager and team members
- Collaborate with others, attending meetings as required.
- Supporting team members and provide on-the-job training.
- Provide cover for other staff as agreed by line manager.
