What You’ll Do
- We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to help convert leads into sales opportunities.
- This role requires enthusiasm, high energy and the ability to communicate well with prospective clients and identify their needs.
- You will contact and qualify leads and set appointments for our sales team to close.
- Serve as the first point of contact with prospects.
- Reach and exceed weekly/monthly goals.
- Identify, execute and follow-up on all opportunities to establish customer relationships including prospecting and lead utilization.
- Responsible for acquiring prospect data from initial conversation.
- Take inbound calls and follow up on inbound opportunities.
- Make an average of 150 outbound calls (to inbound leads) per day.
- Anticipate customer needs and concerns, and maintain knowledge of problems and issues facing the customer.
- Educate and qualify leads to create sales.
- Participate in projects to improve processes and enhance the client experience.
- Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections.
This is a full-time position, no nights or weekends, the schedule is M-F 8AM - 5PM.
