Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)
The Mission
As a Squad Manager, you are at the heart of our digital delivery engine. You will act as the vital link between client vision and technical execution, orchestrating complex software solutions across multiple accounts with pace and precision.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Multi-Project Delivery: Lead the end-to-end delivery of concurrent digital projects, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations.
- Methodology Mastery: Expertly apply Scrum, Kanban, or Hybrid approaches, adapting methodologies to suit specific project needs.
- People Leadership: Act as a dedicated Line Manager responsible for the professional development, mentorship, and well-being of your squad.
- Robust Documentation: Maintain clear project roadmaps, RAID logs, and delivery metrics to ensure transparency for leadership and clients.
- Commercial Management: Monitor project health and resource allocation to ensure peak squad performance without burnout.

- The Multi-Tasker: Proven experience managing multiple concurrent digital projects in a fast-paced consultancy or agency environment.
- The Agile Expert: Deep knowledge of Agile ceremonies with the flexibility to pivot to Waterfall or Hybrid models when required.
