- Craft & Strategy: A big-picture thinker with exceptional hands-on design craft covering strategy, systems, and UI.
- Data-Backed Confidence: Strong skills in user research, prototyping, and testing, ensuring your designs are backed by real-world insight rather than just gut instinct.
- Communication is Key: Excellent communication skills, you can confidently explain and defend your design decisions to a developer, a client, or your gran.
- Initiative & Pace: You're quick but never careless, thriving in fast-paced delivery environments without cutting corners.
- Collaborative Spirit: A self-starter who loves fighting for the user while working within a supportive, high-quality team.
