Backend / Full Stack Tech Lead - Consultancy

As a Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our projects, leading a talented squad of developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to take their technical and leadership skills to the next level., * Lead a squad of 4-6 developers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. You will be responsible for setting clear goals and ensuring the technical excellence of your team.

• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with developers to provide support, mentorship, and encourage continuous improvement.

• Provide technical expertise in the design, development, and implementation of complex software solutions.

• Work with squad managers to ensure consistent, high-quality, regular software deliveries to our stakeholders and clients.

• Actively participate in the hiring process for your squad and across the development team.

• Minimum 4 years in a development role. You should have a solid background in software development, showcasing a deep understanding of software development processes and methodologies.

• Minimum 1 year in a technical leadership role. Your experience should demonstrate effective team management, mentorship, and the ability to lead projects to successful completion.

• You have excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a technical team., * Deep understanding of either C#/.NET or Javascript/React to a very high standard.

• Familiarity with full-stack development and the challenges involved.

• Experience with cloud infrastructure, notably Azure.

• Experience with Agile Methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban

Desirable:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, notably Azure Devops.

• Experience with IaC templates, especially Bicep.

• Experience with Typescript.

• Experience in a software agency or a similar fast-paced environment., * Will you require visa sponsorship at any time in the future?

Experience:

• .NET: 4 years (required)

• Software development: 4 years (required)

• Salary up to 65,000£ annually DoE

• Bonus Opportunity: Up to £6,500 annually.

• Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.

• Work Model: Hybrid 2-3 days on site
