We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our team here at ClearScore in London. Analysts play a key role within ClearScore, driving strategy and key decision-making, which ultimately benefits our users, partners, and other teams within the business. We’re seeking an adaptable, curious, and challenge-loving individual to join our growing Global Targeting team.
ClearScore has an amazing analytical community which includes Data Analysts, Scientists and Engineers. The community works collaboratively to ensure a landscape in which team members can develop their full potential and deliver maximum business impact.
As a part of the Global Targeting team, you will play a key role in monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of our Targeting strategy for our users, playing a key part in the formulation, execution and analysis of our experiments, and providing recommendations to drive improvements that enhance the experience for our users.
What you will be doing:
- Collaborate closely with your Targeting squad members, providing insights into the performance of our various user segments.
- Deliver data informed and backed recommendations for improvements to our Targeting strategy.
- Conduct detailed analysis of A/B tests to drive better outcomes for our users across user journeys.
- Lead in-depth analytics projects, leveraging data to uncover opportunities and address complex business challenges.
- Develop efficient and effective monitoring and reporting dashboards using SQL, Databricks, and Domo.
Skills We’d Love You To Have:
- SQL, Excel skills and either R or Python. Knowledge of DBT and analytical tools such as Amplitude is a plus.
- A strong quantitative and numerical skills, as well as a good understanding of hypothesis testing and foundational statistical principles.
- Experience using Domo or other data visualisation tools.
- A desire to learn and enjoy working collaboratively, with a desire to contribute to our culture.
- A self-starter mindset: curious, collaborative, and committed to continuous learning.
- A drive to understand our users, products, and how users interact with them, enhancing your ability to generate meaningful features and solutions relevant to the problem being addressed.
- The ability to explain to technical and non-technical audiences the key learnings/findings from complex analysis and modelling exercises.
