Location: Manchester

Hybrid: 2 days in office, 3 days WFH following a successful probation period

Basic salary up to £34,000; On Target Earnings (OTE) £47,000

We are seeking a talented and motivated Case Manager to help our customers secure their financial needs. You will package loan applications, guide customers through the process, and deliver a best‐in‐class experience.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Review, evaluate, and package secured loan applications to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Verify customer information including income, employment, credit history, and property details.
  • Prepare and process loan documents such as agreements and disclosures.
  • Conduct due‐diligence of applications and ensure all necessary documentation is obtained.
  • Communicate with lenders and relevant parties to resolve discrepancies or issues that arise.
  • Liaise directly with customers to explain and complete the application process in compliance with Aro Money's procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, keeping them fully informed throughout the process.
  • Meet or exceed targets and KPIs while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with administrators and advisors to support customers' applications.
  • Stay up‐to‐date with industry regulations and lender criteria to provide informed guidance.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements of the customer experience by suggesting new ideas and processes.

Hybrid Work Model
