Key Responsibilities
- Maintain punctuality and professionalism in line with company standards
- Sort and distribute incoming post
- Order and chase BSQs and valuations via phone and lender portals
- Update and maintain records using our CRM system
- Return customer documents where applicable
- Perform general administrative tasks: faxing, photocopying, etc
- Provide ad‑hoc support to team managers
- Attend training sessions to enhance role performance
