ClearScore is looking for a Product Manager to help grow mass‑market consumer products. You will help us scale the leading credit scoring app in the UK. Our team has built an industry‑leading application, used by over 14 million users worldwide. You will be helping millions of users take decisions that create greater financial wellbeing, making their decision‑making process calmer, clearer and easier to understand.

What you will do:

  • Own a product problem and work with the team to create appropriate solutions
  • Support the creation of a feasible and viable roadmap that aligns to the product strategy
  • Analyse, scope and produce clear and concise requirements with detailed acceptance criteria
  • Generate user insights from basic qualitative and quantitative methods
  • Be a central figure leading the collaboration between subject matter experts, marketing, designers, QA, and developers

What this job involves:

  • You support leading the team in the problem and solution space and support senior product, engineering and design leaders in building highly functional teams
  • You drive communication within your team and with stakeholders in a clear and concise way. You resolve blockers, risks and issues are proactively raised and resolved. People know what you're doing and why
  • You tackle unambiguous problems in a structured way. Your solutions are reasonably bounded but have multiple risks and unknowns. You are aware of successful patterns in the industry and utilise them in your solutions
  • You obsess over outcomes and are comfortable making trade‑offs between options within your product scope even when ambiguous. You prioritise delivering fast learning and value. Your decision making is led by impact, not output thinking
  • You are developing a deep understanding of your product's problem space and autonomously use qualitative and quantitative techniques to generate insights
  • You are participating and suggesting discovery areas. In relatively unambiguous problems, you are leading the discovery process utilising different frameworks
