Overview
You will join the team in delivering insight and analysis which allow ClearScore to rapidly scale and deliver a seamless experience for our users. Analysts play a key role within ClearScore, driving strategy and key decisionâmaking, which ultimately benefits our users, partners, and other teams within the business. ClearScore has an amazing analytical community which includes Data Analysts, Scientists and Engineers. The community works collaboratively to ensure a landscape in which team members can develop their full potential and deliver maximum business impact.
Working in the Upstream Mission which delivers all new product development, you will play a key role in delivering analysis to support the launch of new product releases, by helping our team of predominantly Product Managers and Designers better understand our users through data, and focus on the most valuable opportunities which will make an impact. You will also have the exciting opportunity to build prototypes of new features which are powered by data.
What youâll be doing:
- Improve how we track and understand what users are doing in our product by building analytics on top of our powerful new SDUI architecture.
- Help us deepen our understanding of the complex relationship between user engagement and LTV using a range of analytical approaches, informing which product changes stand to deliver the most impact to our users and our business.
- Help setup and evaluate A/B tests in the product.
- Work closely with our "Manage Credit" team which sits within the Upstream Mission, helping them to evaluate and prototype new and innovative features which help our users manage their credit.
- You will play a critical role as the developing data voice and expert within the team; helping them identify valuable opportunities and evaluate the feasibility of new product ideas, based on the art-of-the-possible with our combined data assets.

Skills youâll have:
- You must possess advanced SQL and Excel skills.
- Strong quantitative and numerical skills.
- Experience using Domo or other data visualisation tools such as Tableau.
- Experience using DBT or Git is advantageous.
- Experience using Databricks is advantageous.
- A basic aptitude for Data Science and knowledge of Python is advantageous.
- Ability to plan and prioritise your own workload.
- You have a desire to learn and enjoy working collaboratively, with a desire to contribute to our culture.
