We’re looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our global Partner Success team based in Manchester. You’ll be the main operational contact for some of our most important lending partners, managing technical projects from initial integration through to launch, ongoing optimisation, and change management.

You will have in-depth experience and excel in project management. You’ll help integrate partners into our platform, manage product and offer updates, and ensure that their experience with us is seamless and value-driving.

Partner & Relationship Management
  • Act as the primary contact and project owner for assigned partners once they have committed to building an integration.
  • Support our commercial team in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and other strategic conversations.
  • Work directly with partners to make suggestions and encourage changes by them to improve the overall user experience and performance.
  • Coordinate across Product, Engineering, and Commercial to solve complex integration challenges or bespoke requests.
  • Monitor integration health and use data-driven insights to recommend enhancements and improve performance.
Offer & Performance Management
  • Own the management of partner offers, including updates to product listings, eligibility criteria, and business rules.
  • Drive campaign setup and configuration (e.g., seasonal or promotional campaigns) to maximise partner performance.
  • Create and maintain partner dashboards and custom performance reports when needed.

Excellent project management skills — able to plan, coordinate, and deliver technical work across teams, partners and deadlines. Strong technical understanding - you may have worked in product management, engineering, analytical or a similar role that involved partner-facing delivery. Highly analytical and data-driven, comfortable making recommendations based on performance metrics.
