Our FP&A team turns data into the insight that shapes decisions at every level. Our work spans three pillars:recurring analysis;project analysis; andad hoc analysis. You’ll be hands‑on across all three, working closely with the Global FP&A Lead to keep the team delivering at pace.
What you will be doing:
- Partner with business leads across the Group to run regular budgeting cycles, shaping processes, timetables and outputs, and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure the Group delivers its long‑term financial goals.
- Produce high‑quality financial analysis and business partnering that provides insight to decision‑makers throughout the business, including senior leadership.
- Contribute to a strong financial framework for assessing strategic investments, including M&A opportunities as well as within existing businesses.
- Support the build‑out of FP&A capability and share knowledge and best practice across the wider Finance team. Identify opportunities for crossover between our accounting and reporting function and FP&A.
Skills we'd love you to have

- A relevant accounting qualification is desirable but not essential.
- Experience with Anaplan is desirable but not essential.
- Strong financial modelling skills, with a deep understanding of commercial models and unit economics.
- Excellent numerical reasoning and quantitative skills.
- Comfortable working with SQL to extract, manipulate and analyse data from large datasets.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to create clear and compelling presentation materials.
- Detail‑oriented and organised, able to manage multiple work‑streams and priorities under pressure to deliver to tight deadlines.
- A self‑starter who thrives in ambiguity, comfortable taking a broad steer and building the processes and structure needed from the ground up, while navigating cross‑functional collaboration.
- Proactive, resourceful, and excited by the opportunity to help shape the future of a growing business.
