Role
We are looking for an experienced Quality Cloud Architect (Python AI Developer) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development with proven back and front-end experience. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications and APIs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and performant software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Build AI Agents using LangChain
- Integrate AI Agents with the bank’s AI frontend and various backend systems and APIs
- Mentor the team and help them deliver high quality outputs
- Ability to follow clients standards and practices to ensure the agents are compliant and able to work
- Contribute to the documentation of software design, architecture, and development processes
Requirements
- Strong Python development skills with microservices experience
- Proven hands-on experience with LangGraph
- Experience with MCP and A2A, or at least working knowledge
- Experience with AI observability platforms such as Langfuse, or at least working knowledge
- Understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL)
- Experience with containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and writing unit tests
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with containerisation technologies like Docker and container orchestration with Kubernetes
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Understanding of continuous integration and deployment tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or AWS CodePipeline
- Familiarity with UI design principles and experience collaborating with UX/UI designers
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in an Agile team environment
