We are seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to play a key role in building foundational, reusable platform components (“Primitives”) and implementing production-ready AI use cases. This role is central to accelerating business value by embedding intelligent, autonomous agents into modern engineering ecosystems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to leverage existing GenAI capabilities, design scalable AI frameworks, and deliver high-impact solutions such as the Automated Code Modernisation & Migration Agent. This engagement will establish the foundation for future AI initiatives and contribute to long-term AI strategy and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Build Foundational AI Primitives – Design and develop reusable platform components to support current and future AI use cases.
- Deliver Production-Ready AI Solutions – Implement 1–2 AI solutions, with a primary focus on the Automated Code Modernisation & Migration Agent.
- Automated Code Modernisation & Migration – Create intelligent agents to address technical debt by automating code transformation from legacy patterns to modern standards (e.g., Chef to Ansible migrations, platform version upgrades).
- Value Measurement Framework – Develop and implement measurement tools to assess the value and effectiveness of agentic adoption, enabling data-driven investment decisions.
- Cross Team Collaboration – Work closely with engineering and product teams to integrate AI into existing workflows and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in AI/ML solution architecture and implementation, preferably with Generative AI and autonomous agents.
- Strong software engineering background with expertise in automation, platform engineering, and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
- Experience with code modernisation and migration projects at scale.
- Familiarity with enterprise engineering ecosystems and integrating AI into large-scale systems.
- Strong understanding of measurement frameworks for AI adoption and value realisation.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
