ClearRoute is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead an engineering function for a client project. The role covers building, testing and shipping software with automated deployment, CI/CD, trunk-based development, TDD/BDD, pair programming, and safe adoption of AI-generated code in production.
You will mentor teams, drive delivery, and shape engineering practices across modern stacks, including Java microservices, Python and Golang, while aligning with stakeholders and delivering.
