Job Role Clear Route is leading a strategic AI transformation initiative focused on agentic-first development and the creation of scalable, reusable AI primitives.
We are seeking a Tech Lead / Solution Architect / Principal Consultant to define and oversee the architecture, guide technical strategy, and ensure successful delivery of high-impact AI solutions in a complex enterprise environment.
This role blends strategic vision with hands-on leadership, carrying responsibility for maintaining architectural integrity, aligning solutions with enterprise standards, and bridging communication between senior stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities: Architectural Leadership – Define, design, and validate solution architectures for AI primitives and agentic-first systems, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
