Clearpoint Recycling is looking for a highly driven and Strategic Senior Account Manager to join our growing Commercial team. This is a senior, high-impact role focused on developing long-term, high-value relationships across both existing and new core accounts. You will take a consultative, strategic approach, understanding customer needs to build and deliver robust long-term plans that secure contracts and drive sustained growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell and represent Clearpoint Recycling, effectively communicating our value proposition to prospective and existing clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, acting as a trusted partner.
  • Develop and execute robust strategic account plans tailored to each customer.
  • Drive consistent month-on-month (MoM) growth in account performance and revenue.
  • Progress and develop accounts through to secured contracts.
  • Work collaboratively across all departments within CPR to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Identify and capitalise on new opportunities to expand account value and support business growth.

Requirements (Preferred Experience & Skills)

  • Considerable experience in account management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
