We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager to help shape the market story for Atlas, our intelligent knowledge platform for Microsoft 365. As organisations adopt Microsoft 365, Copilot, and enterprise AI more widely, one challenge is becoming impossible to ignore: AI is only as good as the knowledge underneath it. Atlas is the trusted knowledge layer that powers collective intelligence across the modern enterprise. It transforms fragmented content across Microsoft 365 and connected systems into governed, AI-ready knowledge that people and AI can rely on.
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can turn complex product capabilities into clear, compelling customer value.
Role DescriptionThis is a hands-on product marketing role for someone who understands B2B technology, AI, Microsoft 365, or knowledge-intensive sectors. You will work closely with product, sales, customer success, and leadership to sharpen Atlas Fuse messaging, support go-to-market activity, create content, and help build campaigns that generate awareness, educate buyers, and support revenue growth.
Qualifications- At least 3 years’ experience in product marketing, ideally in Microsoft enterprise software, knowledge management, or digital workplace technology.
- Strong writing skills and the ability to create crisp, commercially relevant messaging.
- Experience turning technical features into business outcomes.
- A good understanding of sales enablement and how marketing supports pipeline, revenue, and buyer confidence.
- A structured, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- A curious mindset and interest in AI, Microsoft 365, Copilot, enterprise knowledge, and the changing future of work.
This is a chance to work on a product category that is becoming more important every day. You will help shape how the market understands Atlas, how buyers evaluate it, and how our sales and marketing teams communicate its value.
