Our client, a top-tier MEP Contractor, is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee the successful delivery of a hospital project in north London scheduled for completion by the end of 2028. As part of this well-established and respected organisation, you will be responsible for supervising all electrical elements of the project, ensuring it is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
- MEP Contracting / Building Services.
- 2 year project.
- Must have electrical experience along with a CSCS/ECS black card and SMSTS.
- £300 a day CIS.
- 9 hours a day.
- Weekend working when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate on-site electrical activities.
- Ensure all works comply with project specifications, health & safety standards, and relevant regulations.
- Manage and support electrical teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Oversee Generators install/maintenance, Gantry installations and General builders work.
- Conduct inspections, quality checks, and ensure timely project progress.
- Liaise with project management, design, and other discipline leads to resolve technical issues.
- Report progress, risks, and issues to senior management.
