About Us

Clearmasters is a leading environmental services company specialising in liquid waste removal, treatment plant servicing, drainage solutions, and pump station maintenance. We work across London and the South East, supporting both domestic and commercial clients, and pride ourselves on delivering a reliable, professional service.

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Service Engineer to join our expanding team. You’ll work across four key areas:

  • Drain jetting & CCTV surveys
  • Sewage treatment plant servicing & repairs
  • Foul & surface water pump station maintenance & repairs
  • Drainage groundworks & installations

Experience in at least one of these areas is essential — comprehensive training will be provided across the remaining areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service, maintain and repair wastewater systems and pump stations
  • Carry out jetting, CCTV surveys and drainage investigations
  • Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently
  • Assist with installations, groundworks and system upgrades
  • Represent the company professionally on-site

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in drainage, pumps, treatment plants or groundworks
  • Strong problem-solving skills and practical mindset
  • Keen to learn, develop and progress
  • Reliable, hard-working and takes pride in their work
  • Full UK driving licence

Working Hours & Location

Standard working hours are 7:00am – 4:00pm. As we operate in a reactive industry, flexibility is required, and additional hours may be necessary to complete jobs or respond to urgent work. All engineers are currently based from our depot in RH10 3HZ. Company vehicles are kept on-site. Daily travel to and from the depot is required.
