Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, the Social Media Specialist is responsible for owning and shaping the global social media strategy across Videojet's key channels, ensuring it supports business priorities, strengthens brand visibility, and drives measurable impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead the global social media strategy across LinkedIn (primary channel), Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WeChat, TikTok, and WhatsApp, tailoring content by platform to drive engagement and reach.
- Create and publish content daily, including post copy, static assets, carousels, and short‑form video, in collaboration with the in‑house creative team.
- Monitor and respond to community engagement across channels in a professional and timely manner that reflects the Videojet brand.
- Track and analyse performance using tools such as Hootsuite, turning data into actionable insight to improve content, reach, and business impact.
- Collaborate with global marketing, regional teams, and campaign owners to align social activity with broader marketing priorities.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, emerging platforms, and AI tools to continuously improve content quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in social media, digital content, or integrated marketing roles.
- Proven experience owning or leading social media strategy and execution for a brand or business.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and experience managing content across multiple social channels.
- Strong analytical skills with experience tracking, interpreting, and acting on social media performance data.
- Experience using AI tools to support content creation, workflow efficiency, and performance improvement.
