Are you a recent college leaver or graduate eager to kickstart your career in PR? Clearly PR is offering a new opportunity to join our team as a Public and Media Relations Executive on an initial six-month contract. This is a hands-on role designed to help you develop some of the essential skills needed to work in the PR industry. You will be working closely with our experienced team to support client campaigns and gain real-world experience across media relations and content creation.
What you will be doing:
- Writing compelling press releases and coordinating media interviews
- Securing media coverage for clients through interviews, quotes, and articles
- Drafting opinion pieces and ghostwriting industry-focused content
- Developing a strong understanding of the media landscape – local, national, and international
- Monitoring and measuring the success of media campaigns
- Contributing creative ideas for new PR campaigns
- Researching trending news stories, sector trends, and various other key areas of interest to our clients
- Creating social media content plans and posts – primarily for LinkedIn and Instagram
