We are a leading childcare recruitment agency, currently seeking Bank Staff to support our network of high-quality nurseries on a temporary basis.

As a Bank Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Step into nurseries on a temporary basis to cover staff sickness, holidays, and peak periods
• Provide nurturing, engaging care for children aged 0-5 years
• Support daily routines, activities, and mealtimes
• Work within the EYFS framework to promote child development
• Follow all safeguarding and health & safety procedures
• Be adaptable, professional, and ready to hit the ground running

What We\’re Looking For:

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare is desired
• Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or preschool setting is a must
• A genuine passion for childcare
• Reliability and a flexible, can-do attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to travel to various settings across Billericay and nearby areas
