Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and present a selection of fresh refreshments to a high standard, while managing daily setup and close-down independently.
- Handle ordering and stock control to ensure supplies are consistently available and well-organised.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment at all times, in line with food safety standards (training provided if needed).
- Provide quick, reliable service throughout the day, especially during busy periods, without compromising quality.
- Use basic systems to process payments and monitor usage trends, sharing feedback where relevant.
- Create a warm, approachable environment by welcoming colleagues and visitors with professionalism and positivity.
- Offer guidance and training to others supporting the space, helping ensure consistency and confidence in delivery.
- Stay focused and efficient in a fast-paced setting, with strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Experience in a hospitality or food & drink setting (and if you've worked with fresh produce-amazing!)
