An excellent opportunity has arisen for three Global Study Asset Managers to join one of our longstanding clients within Global Clinical Operations. This role is responsible for the consistent and efficient execution of global clinical operations across one or more studies within an asset or therapeutic area. Working as a key member of the Extended Study Management Team, you will provide operational leadership, ensuring quality, efficiency, and delivery in line with ICH‑GCP, SOPs, and internal governance.

The Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' relevant clinical operations or study management experience
- Strong working knowledge of drug development and clinical trial regulations (ICH‑GCP)
- University degree or equivalent experience (life sciences preferred)
- Experience delivering Phase 3 studies (mandatory)
- Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced, global, matrix environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple studies, vendors, and timelines
The Role:
- Coordinate and deliver operational study management across a group of studies within an asset portfolio
- Partner closely with Global Studies Leaders, CROs, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Support development and maintenance of key study documents (protocols, plans, manuals)
- Drive recruitment forecasting and operational delivery using internal systems
- Oversee vendor selection, performance, and close‑out
- Track KPIs, risks, and issues, ensuring inspection readiness at all times
- Manage IMP supply, patient/site materials, and clinical trial insurance
- Proactively identify risks and propose mitigation strategies
- Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement in clinical operations
