Hours: Monday - Thursday: 7:45am - 4:15pm / Friday: 7:45am - 3:15pm (39 hours per week)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Production Operative (Clean Room) to join one of our longstanding clients, a well-established manufacturing organisation, based in Uckfield. This is a hands-on role within a friendly factory production environment, based in the Clean Room of the Air Freshener department. You will be involved in the full production lifecycle, working with non-toxic, non-hazardous materials to ensure products are manufactured safely, accurately, and to the highest quality standards.

The Requirements:
- Previous experience in a production, clean room, or laboratory environment (desirable)
- Comfortable following detailed procedures and formulations
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Reliable, organised, and team-focused
- Able to work effectively in a manufacturing environment
The Role:
- Operate, monitor, and set up manufacturing equipment for mixing, moulding, bottling, capping, and labelling
- Measure and mix raw materials in line with batch instructions and formulations
- Carry out in-process and final quality checks on finished products
- Inspect products for consistency, defects, leaks, and accurate fill levels
- Accurately complete production documentation and report equipment faults
- Follow SOPs and assist with corrective actions where required
- Maintain clean, safe, and well-organised work areas at all times
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations
