Role: Travel Operations Executive
Location: Brighton (Hybrid – minimum 3 days per week in the office)
Hours: Full time – 36.25 hours per week
Pay: £23,500 per annum
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Travel Operations Executive to join one of our longstanding clients, an established organisation within the travel sector, based in Brighton.

Requirements
- Knowledge of the school travel market, or a good understanding of the travel industry with an interest in educational travel
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple itineraries and quotations
- Commercial acumen with solid numeracy, literacy and analytical skills, and an understanding of pricing, costs and margins
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships through collaboration and service orientation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
Role
- Producing accurate and timely quote proposals and packages in line with company processes
- Monitoring performance and supporting the achievement of financial goals and commercial targets
- Working with internal teams to ensure seasonal setups are accurate and optimised for margin potential
- Staying informed on product and destination developments to help shape new offerings
- Building strong working relationships across departments to share expertise and maintain excellent service levels
- Ensuring suitability to work with children and vulnerable adults (DBS checks may be required)
