Clearline Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Senior Administrator to join their Shoreham based team, supporting the coordination and delivery of telecoms services including data and voice provisioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end service delivery from order through to handover
- Act as a key liaison between suppliers, internal teams and customers
- Manage shared inboxes, calls and daily task queues, meeting agreed deadlines
- Identify, escalate and track issues through to resolution
- Provide cover for colleagues and support continuous service improvement
Skills & Experience
- Strong administrative background with excellent customer service skills
- Telecoms experience highly advantageous
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Competent using Microsoft Word and Excel
