Roles: Scheduling Administrator Location: Brighton area Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, either 8:30am-5:00pm or 8:00am-4:30pm (shared between two coordinators) Pay: £26,000 per annum + quarterly non-contractual team bonus An excellent opportunity has arisen for two Scheduling Administrators to join one of our clients, a busy and well-established organisation. This is a fast-paced, client-focused role involving diary management, coordination, and a variety of administrative tasks. Benefits: Team quarterly bonus (non-contractual)) Additional bonuses after probation and milestone anniversaries Modern serviced office with excellent facilities and on-site gym Friendly, social culture (e.g., sweet treats, occasional cocktail events) The Requirements: Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills Excellent customer service skills (telephone and written) Confident using online mapping or route-planning tools (training can be provided) Previous CRM experience (Zoho preferred but not essential) Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes alongside admin tasks Collaborative team player with a flexible approach The Role: Manage and coordinate busy diaries, handling a high volume of weekly appointments Liaise with clients and third parties to confirm details and arrange access Plan logical and efficient travel routes to support punctual attendance Handle changes, cancellations, and rescheduling quickly and professionally Act as a first point of contact for queries, resolving issues as they arise Respond to inbound calls, emails, and online enquiries in a professional manner Upload and manage reports via the CRM system, keeping clients informed of progress Create and send daily invoices, including first-stage debt collection when required Provide reception cover during busy periods, lunchtimes, or holidays Anticipate and prepare diary space for new bookings Distribute literature and information packs when needed If you\’re keen to join a supportive and professional team that values organisation, attention to detail, and great service, then please apply to this Scheduling Administrator role below or call Jamie Watson on (phone number removed) between 9:00am – 5:30pm
