Role: Sales Account Manager Location: Albourne (office-based) Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:45am – 5:30pm Pay: £25,000 basic + commission (OTE £30,000 – £40,000 per annum) An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Sales Account Manager to join one of our clients, an expanding and ambitious business based in Albourne. Benefits: Target-based monthly bonus Commission on profit across sales figures (approx. £300-£400 per month on average) Ongoing 10% commission on profit from accounts personally opened Company pension scheme with employer contribution Employee discount 28 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays) On-site parking Full training provided with opportunities for career development The Requirements: Proven sales and negotiation skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Passion for delivering excellent customer service Positive, hardworking attitude Confident with numbers and metric measurements Desirable: Minimum 2 years\’ experience in a sales-based role At least 1 year\’s experience in an administrative and/or telephone-based role Experience converting opportunities and preparing quotations Full UK driving licence Previous customer service experience The Role: Convert sales opportunities through effective service and negotiation Deliver first-class customer support via phone, email, and online channels Respond accurately to customer queries and requests Liaise with internal teams to support smooth fulfilment of orders and projects Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout their journey If you\’re keen to join a supportive team within a growing business, then please apply to this Sales Account Manager role below or call Jamie Watson on (phone number removed) between 9:00am – 5:30pm
