Handle new client enquiries and manage case files

Draft notices, claim forms, particulars of claims, and witness statements

Prepare court bundles and liaise with bailiffs

Issue invoices and manage billing

Coordinate with clients, courts, defendants, and counsel

Previous legal experience within a law firm

Experience in Property Litigation, Dispute Resolution, or Landlord & Tenant (desirable)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure

Enthusiastic, proactive, and committed to high-quality service
