  • Handle new client enquiries and manage case files

  • Draft notices, claim forms, particulars of claims, and witness statements

  • Prepare court bundles and liaise with bailiffs

  • Issue invoices and manage billing

  • Coordinate with clients, courts, defendants, and counsel

  • Previous legal experience within a law firm

  • Experience in Property Litigation, Dispute Resolution, or Landlord & Tenant (desirable)

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure

  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and committed to high-quality service
