The predicted salary is between 45000 - 60000 £ per year.
Location: Field-based - Midlands region (Covering Pathology Networks ME1, ME2 and ME4). Ad hoc visits to Burgess Hill may be required.
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday.
Pay: 250 - 300 (PAYE) per day or .31 (UMB) per day.
Contract: 12-month contract - Inside IR35. Candidates must be available immediately.
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Near Patient Care Sales Specialist to join one of our clients on a 12-month contract within the Midlands region. This is a field-based role working across Near Patient Care products, digital solutions, and diabetes portfolios, contributing to the delivery of commercial strategy across key NHS pathology networks.

The Requirements:
- Previous sales experience, ideally within point-of-care or healthcare solutions
- Strong understanding of the NHS and Health & Social Care landscape
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Degree in life sciences, nursing, or related discipline (preferred)
- Full UK driving licence
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
The Role:
- Delivering commercial strategy across Near Patient Care and digital solutions
- Engaging with clinical and financial stakeholders across primary, community, and secondary care
- Building advocacy networks to support uptake of solutions
- Supporting and training healthcare professionals on product use
- Identifying market developments, procurement routes, and NHS process changes
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to maximise territory performance
