Job Description Role: Product Definition Lead Pay: £23.08 - £25.64 per hour, depending on experience Contract: 12-month contract An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Product Definition Lead to join a dynamic and collaborative product development team on a one-year contract. You will work across instrument, assay and disposable development, helping to define the technical direction of complex point-of-care platforms. 12-month full-time contract ~ Opportunity to lead technically complex point-of-care development projects ~ Work within a highly skilled scientific and engineering environment ~ Exposure to interdisciplinary and global project teams ~ Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Life Sciences or a related discipline Experience within medical devices, diagnostics or another highly regulated industry is strongly preferred Proven leadership and team development experience Strong understanding of requirements elicitation, analysis and system definition Proactive, flexible and able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment Guide the technical direction of instrument, assay and disposable development programmes Organise and facilitate project workshops with global and interdisciplinary stakeholders Contribute to the successful delivery of complex medical technology development projects If you're keen to join an exceptional team offering technical leadership, strategic responsibility and the opportunity to influence the development of complex healthcare technologies, then please apply to this Product Definition Lead role below or call Chloe McCausland on between 8:30am and 5:00pm.
