Location: Hove

Hours: Monday to Friday 6:30am - 2:15pm / Monday to Friday 2:00pm - 9:45pm (weekly rotating)

Pay: £13.91 per hour + holiday pay

Contract: Fixed Term Contract until June 2026

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Rotating Shift Manufacturing Technician to join one of our longstanding clients, a well-established manufacturing business, in Hove.

Applicants must have previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment.

The Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Understanding of quality and production standards
  • Ability to work safely with consideration for colleagues
  • Good general standard of education, particularly in English and Maths

The Role:

  • Operate production machinery
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and maintain high housekeeping standards
  • Complete documentation accurately including batch records and processing instructions
  • Carry out in-process checks to ensure quality standards are met
  • Clean equipment and work areas in accordance with SOPs
  • Use simple mathematical calculations during production processes
  • Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in line with procedures
  • Support continuous improvement of quality and efficiency
  • Carry out additional reasonable duties requested by management
