An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Rotating Shift Manufacturing Technician to join one of our longstanding clients, a well-established manufacturing business, in Hove.
Applicants must have previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment.

The Requirements:
- Previous experience within a manufacturing environment
- Good communication skills
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Understanding of quality and production standards
- Ability to work safely with consideration for colleagues
- Good general standard of education, particularly in English and Maths
The Role:
- Operate production machinery
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and maintain high housekeeping standards
- Complete documentation accurately including batch records and processing instructions
- Carry out in-process checks to ensure quality standards are met
- Clean equipment and work areas in accordance with SOPs
- Use simple mathematical calculations during production processes
- Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in line with procedures
- Support continuous improvement of quality and efficiency
- Carry out additional reasonable duties requested by management
