An excellent opportunity has arisen for a General Practice Manager to join our clients' growing team in Haywards Heath with multiple offices supporting a wide range of businesses and individuals across the county.

The Requirements:
- ACA / ACCA qualified or equivalent experience in practice
- Strong technical knowledge of FRS102, FRS102A, and FRS105 reporting standards
- Confident in managing accounts preparation through to final sign‑off
- Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues
- Proactive, organised, and capable of managing multiple deadlines
- Ambitious and eager to progress within a growing firm
- Experienced in mentoring junior staff and supporting team development
The Role:
- Oversee and manage a diverse client portfolio, ensuring high-quality and proactive accounting and advisory services
- Prepare and review year-end accounts for SMEs under FRS102, FRS102A, and FRS105
- Prepare tax computations and CT600s, and review VAT returns
- Manage, mentor, and supervise a team of accountants and administrative staff
- Identify opportunities to grow existing client portfolios and support new business initiatives
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, accounting standards, and internal quality procedures
- Collaborate with senior management to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency
- Act as the main point of contact for key client relationships, maintaining clear and professional communication
