Role: Environmental & Sustainability Manager Location: Burgess Hill (Hybrid – 2/3 days in office) Hours: Full time Pay: £55,000 per annum + 12% bonus An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Environmental & Sustainability Manager to join one of our longstanding clients, a leading organisation in the diagnostics industry, based in Burgess Hill. Benefits: Hybrid working Competitive salary + bonus structure Excellent benefits package Opportunity to influence company-wide sustainability strategies and culture Collaborative and forward-thinking environment committed to innovation and positive change The Requirements: Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field Minimum of 5 years\’ experience in environmental management or sustainability (experience within healthcare, pharma, or diagnostics is an advantage) Strong knowledge of UK, Ireland, and international environmental regulations and reporting frameworks Proven project management, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actionable outcomes Collaborative, adaptable, and passionate about sustainability and positive change The Role: An opportunity to lead sustainability initiatives across the UK and Ireland, driving ESG commitments, compliance, and innovation to support the organisation\’s net-zero goals.
