An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Resourcer to join one of our longstanding clients, an exciting and growing recruitment consultancy, based in Brighton.

The Requirements:
- Confident and communicative with a professional telephone manner
- Outbound sales experience, with the ability to proactively engage candidates
- Strong teamworking skills
- Target-driven and motivated attitude
- Organised with good time management skills
The Role:
- Sourcing and screening suitable candidates using job boards, social media and direct sourcing
- Conducting screening calls and candidate interviews via phone and email
- Apprenticeship recruitment, including sourcing, screening and supporting candidates through the recruitment process
- Building and maintaining strong candidate relationships
- Supporting consultants with shortlisting and interview coordination
- Managing candidate information accurately within internal systems and CRM
- Handling general queries relating to roles, pay, availability and logistics
