Job Description
Role: Data AnalystLocation: Crawley (Hybrid – 3 days office based)Hours: Permanent, full-timePay: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Data Analyst to join one of our clients, a forward-thinking business based in Crawley.

The Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in a reporting and analytics role
- Strong knowledge of relational database languages (SQL)
- Experience using Microsoft Power BI or similar reporting tools
- Advanced Excel skills with excellent attention to detail
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving abilities
- Confident communicator with the ability to present reports to senior stakeholders
- Resourceful, able to work independently or collaboratively to gather required data
Desirable:
- Exposure to SAP Business One
- Experience with Atlassian Jira / Confluence products
- Programming skills
- Previous commercial IT environment experience
- Foreign language skills (e.g. Mandarin, Italian, Japanese)
The Role:
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and deliver solutions
- Manage and manipulate large datasets from multiple sources, presenting data in stakeholder-preferred formats
- Work with data owners to improve data quality through dashboards and reporting tools
- Assist in the creation and testing of analytics applications and reports
- Extract, transform, load (ETL) and manipulate data as required
- Collaborate closely with the Applications team to deliver information across the business
- Provide 1st line support to users as part of the applications function
