Job Title: Customer Service Apprentice
Apprenticeship: Level 3 Customer Service
Location: Albourne
Salary: £18,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 5:30pm
A fantastic opportunity to join a growing and ambitious business as a Customer Service Apprentice. You'll gain hands-on experience across customer service, administration and operations while working towards a recognised Level 3 qualification.

Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Positive, proactive and motivated attitude
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous customer service, administration or office experience would be advantageous
- GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above, or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email and online
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Assist with data entry, filing, scheduling and general administration
- Liaise with customers, colleagues and internal teams
- Help identify ways to improve processes and efficiency
- Support wider operational tasks across the business
Apprenticeship Information
You will complete a Level 3 Customer Service Apprenticeship, combining practical workplace experience with structured training and development.
Prospects
There may be an opportunity to progress into a permanent role following successful completion of the apprenticeship.
