Job Title: Commercial & Operational Admin Business Partner Location: Burgess Hill – Hybrid with ad-hoc office visits for business meetings and client visits Rates: £25 -£37 per hour PAYE (excluding holiday pay) OR £40.00 per hour UMB/LTD Contract until December 2026 – Inside IR35 Clearline Recruitment is recruiting a Commercial Operations Business Partner to provide administrative and project support, driving efficiency and collaboration across commercial and operational teams. The Role Provide administrative support across commercial and operational functions. Lead and contribute to projects and process improvement initiatives. Utilise experience in Project Management, Process Improvement, or Automation within admin-focused environments. Plan and schedule activities, manage data review and reporting tasks. Handle contract amendments, system change requests, and related administration. Maintain accuracy and consistency across all documentation and records. Prioritise workloads effectively to meet business deadlines. Identify opportunities for increased efficiency and automation. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer and colleague experience. The Requirements Proven experience in administration within a commercial or operational setting. Strong organisational, analytical, and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce experience desirable). A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently. Experience in at least one of the following: Project Management, Process Management, or Automation.
